FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS
TUITION
Our tuition is based on the actual costs of operating the preschool and then proportioned over the school year; from the end of August to mid June. Note: you are not paying for holidays; monthly tuition is prorated to allow for ease of bill scheduling.
Tuition payments
are due on the first day of each month and are considered late after the tenth day of the month. Tuition payments made after the tenth day of the month will be assessed an additional $25.00 late fee. A fee of $20.00 will be charged for bank returned checks.
The operating expenses of Beginnings & Beyond are met each month from tuition fees. Therefore, no refunds can be given for days absent. Should your child require absence for a long period of time, we will continue to maintain your child’s enrollment during this period, if the monthly tuition is paid.
No changes to enrollment may be made after April 1st.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Parents will be asked to pay additional modest fees for any field trips or special programs through the year.
If additional childcare is needed beyond the contracted program, it will be billed at a rate of $10 per ¼ hour. The school is open from 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday. No childcare is offered before or after these times.
